Comprehensive Evaluations
I first start with an initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation, taking time to get to know you, your medical and psychiatric history, your present symptoms, and together, develop personal goals for treatment. I firmly understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.
Medication Management
For many, the use of supportive medication, in conjunction with therapy, is vital. If it fits your needs and preferences, we will prescribe a medication that's best for you. During this time, I provide education on the neurochemical action, closely monitor the efficacy and side effects, and fine-tune your dosage for optimal performance.
Psychotherapy and Lifestyle Coaching
By establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, I can help clients develop healthy coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate new thinking and behavior patterns. Our aim is to empower you to navigate challenges, develop resilience, and live a happier, more fulfilled life.

Hi there!
My name is Corey and I am a board-certified, psychiatric nurse practitioner, serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida adults (18+) with mental health disorders.
Before obtaining my psychiatric nurse practitioner degree from Northern Kentucky University, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio University. For 6 years, I worked as a registered nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, caring for patients with complex medical and behavioral disorders. Additionally, I have clinical and didactic experience in community mental health, integrative medicine, and psychotherapy.
I am currently accepting clients for evaluation, medication management, and holistic psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. For those preferring to pay out-of-pocket, my fee is $250 for a 60 min initial psychiatric evaluation and $150 for 30-minute follow-up sessions.
For ADHD management, a detailed assessment by a licensed psychologist is necessary prior to treatment. Please ensure to bring documentation of your diagnosis and any pertinent test results to our appointment. Additionally, you must have proof of an in-person physical or wellness check conducted within the past year before our first meeting.

What to expect when you engage with Lozier Health.
1 | Initial evalution
60 minutes
Here, we will dive into understanding you, your history, your lifestyle, and your current symptoms. From there, we will work together to discuss next steps. Following the first meeting, you will receive an individualized treatment plan, designed specifically for you.
2 | Follow-up appointments
30 minutes
During follow-ups, we will explore how things are going, assess the effectiveness of your medication, discuss nuances of your symptoms, and meticulously fine-tune your treatment plan.
3 | Finish Line
We will work towards lasting psychological, emotional, and physical wellness. Namely, our end goal for you is that you reach a more vibrant, purposeful life with minimal or no medication.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show will be charged $100.
Are you able to prescribe controlled substances?
(ex. stimulants, benzodiazepines, etc.)
Yes, however, it is likely we would try other treatment plans first.
What will our first appointment look like?
First and foremost, I will dedicate extensive time getting to know you as an individual—your unique history, lifestyle, and the symptoms you're currently experiencing. Then, we will go back to your early childhood and work our way up to your present history, bringing context to how you're wired. In essence, we won't simply ignore the "Check Engine" light; instead, we will lift the hood and thoroughly examine what's going on. With this comprehensive understanding, we can personalize a treatment plan that's best for you.
